Central Road Energy is the Largest Aggregator for the Illinois Solar for All Program.
The Illinois Solar for All Program’s goal is to provide greater access to the clean energy economy and solar energy to low-income households, non-profit organizations, and public facilities across the state through incentives that help make solar installations more affordable. With the recent PY4 Non-Profit/Public Facility Subprogram project selection, we now manage 2.6 MW of Illinois Solar for All Renewable Energy Credit contracts worth over $6.2MM, which is just under 40% of the REC Contracts awarded from this subprogram. CRE has been a participating organization in the implementation of the Illinois Solar for All Program from its beginning.
We are even more proud to be the first certified MBE Illinois Solar for All Aggregator.
We are certified by the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council Certified as a Minority Business Entity (MBE) Approved Vendor Aggregator (AVA) in the Illinois Solar for All Program, the first MBE AVA in the Program’s history.
Our mission is to help our Aggregator Designees successfully develop, construct, and operate solar projects under the Illinois Solar for All Program
